It’s the end of the year, so everybody and their mother has predictions about what’ll be hot in 2015. (For what it’s worth, my mom says 2015 will be all about stick figures on the backs of minivans, that nice young man down the street, and pants that don’t show off your butt, but she might be a little off.) Most notably, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) has revealed its ninth annual survey of the 20 hottest fitness trends of the next year.
