Bubble soccer is pretty much exactly what it sounds like: a game of soccer where you’re encased in a giant, five-foot bubble. It was invented in Scandinavia, land of IKEA and vikings. What could go wrong? Even when players charge one another in this full-contact version of the sport, they just bounce off and keep going… or get stuck on their backs like turtles, flailing around and trying to find their feet. The truth is, it’s at least as entertaining to watch as it is to play (check out the video after the jump to see what we mean).

These cinnamon bun biscuits are one of our family’s favorite snacks from my book. We sometimes even enjoy them as a breakfast treat. I’m crazy about good texture in my gluten-free backed goods, and these are awesome in that department! Really. Have you tried the psyllium husk powder yet? Did I mention that psyllium husk is a great soluble fiber that increases satiety and can also aid in weight loss (some articles about that). It is so worth the purchase if you do a decent amount of gluten-free cooking using whole real (low-glycemic) foods. Be sure to get NOW brand (Amazon, Vitacost.com or Whole Foods) though, as I’ve heard some other brands can give your baked goods an odd color.

Since you have definitely been doing every Workout of the Week and diligently recording your results in our free workout tracking software, Logsitall, or in your own fitness notebook (riiiiiiight??), now is a great time to see how far you’ve come. Let’s do a reassessment. The last time you saw this workout was way back in September. You’re going to be amazed by how far you’ve come since then.
Crushing PRs!

The juice trend shows no signs of slowing down. Two juice bars, Kale Me Crazy and Nectar, are about to open new Atlanta locations. Fresh off of opening its Decatur location in April, Kale Me Crazy is prepping a new space in Midtown in the SkyHouse South building (100 6th Street) and will soon be opening spots in Sandy Springs and Brookhaven as well. The original location in Inman Park is still going strong. The shops not only sell cold-pressed juices and smoothies, but also salads, wraps, and juice cleansing kits.

These green sliders aren’t necessarily pretty, but man, they are good! This is a recipe from Nomnompaleo with a few adjustments. This is my favorite burger. I can hear some of you thinking, “But my kids won’t like them because they’re green.” And that may be true, but they really do taste so good that I think it’s worth a shot. Worst case, you have some fantastic leftovers for the week.
