Beat the Heat With These Refreshing Natural Popsicle Recipes

It’s crazy hot in Atlanta, and while I’m loving summertime with my kiddos, I’m ready for some relief. We’re hitting the pool as much as possible, but we thought these fun popsicles could help beat the heat even more! It’s been neat experimenting with a few different flavors to see what we like the best. The possibilities are truly endless.  In the past week or so, we’ve made chocolate nut butter pops, peach watermelon pops, and strawberry creamsicles. They were all so delicious and refreshing!  Let us know which one is your favorite or share your own concoction.

Chocolate nut butter popsicle ingredients:

  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, almond butter, or Justin’s nut butter
  • 10 drops Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful of dark chocolate chips
  • Bananas (optional)

For each of these recipes, simply blend the ingredients well with a hand mixer, pour into popsicle holders, and allow them to freeze for about four hours.

Peach watermelon popsicle ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 10 drops Stevia
  • 3-4 peaches, cut up
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut up

Strawberry creamsicle ingredients:

  • 1 handful of strawberries (about 10)
  • About half a can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice from 1 lime (optional)
