You don’t need the luck of the Irish to burn off all that green beer you’re (not) going to drink on St. Patty’s. All you need are reps… and lots of ’em. We could’ve called this week’s trainer-created Workout of the Week Lucky 7s, but we want you to really work up a sweat, so instead, we present Lucky 17s.

1. Warm-up for 8 to 10 minutes with a variety of dynamic movements: jumping jacks, butt kicks, sky walks, and mobility drills.

2. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Go through the following exercises as many times as possible until time runs out:

17 Lunge steps (per leg)
17 Push-ups
17 Russian twists (per side)
17 Mountain climbers (per leg)
17 Sit-ups
17 Squats
17 Side plank touches

3. Cool down with a 5- to 10-minute stretch.
