Look like fun? Tough Mudder is coming to Atlanta this Sunday.

Spring is a great time of year to try something new, so drop into Boot Camp 4A Cause’s “Try Us Out Day,” get a free class at Vibe Ride, or head to the grand openings of Highland Yoga’s Glow Yoga or FitWit Kirkwood/Decatur. Out with the old, in with the new! If you’re feeling particularly hardcore, top the whole thing off with a Tough Mudder race.

Monday, April 27

The Cook’s Warehouse Midtown hosts the next Simple Abundance class benefitting the Atlanta Community Food Bank at 7 p.m. Gain some culinary skills from Chef Martin Pfefferkorn of Polaris Restaurant while enjoying wine tastings. Tickets are $55.

Tuesday, April 28

Dviberiderop in to “Try Us Out Day” at Boot Camp 4A Cause, the only boot camp in Atlanta that donates 100% of its proceeds to local charities. Meet at Piedmont Park’s Community Center bright and early at 5:45 a.m.

Wednesday, April 29

We told you about Atlanta’s newest indoor cycling studio, so go on and give it a spin. The Vibe Ride hosts morning and evening classes. Single classes range from $12 to $22, but your first one is free!

Thursday, April 30

Free wellness class at Avalon? We’re there. Join AvalOM’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga at 6 p.m. in The Plaza.

Friday, May 1

Saturday, May 2

Sunday, May 3

What better way to spend a Sunday than attacking a muddy 10- to 12-mile obstacle course! Grab some friends for the team challenge Tough Mudder Atlanta held at Bouckaert Farm. Registration starts at $185 and increases closer to race day.
