You don’t need legwarmers for aerobics in this summer weather! Join the BeltLine’s free class in Old Fourth Ward Park at 6 p.m. Be sure to register.

Earn that popsicle! Sweat it out at Urban Perform’s 6 p.m. Circuit Class (just $2 to drop in… yes, $2!) and then stick around for a free King of Pops party sponsored by Georgia Tech Athletics. Basketball, community, and of course… popsicles!

They say laughter is the best medicine. Find out if that’s true at Laughter Yoga from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Roswell Branch Library. It’s free!

Get Ya Fit On! hosts Throwback Fitness Friday at 7 p.m. Drop in for $10 for a low impact fitness class set to the soulful sounds of the 70s and 80s. Ya dig?

The fifth annual Let’s Move! DeKalb Expo is at Exchange Park Recreation Center from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Bring the kiddos for fun, fitness, and nutrition.

Sunday, July 26

Black Girls Golf aims to introduce African American women and girls to golf, and its Beginner’s Clinic does just that! The $50 class is for all ages and skill levels – no clubs required! Class size is limited so register early.
