Monday, June 22
Combine indoor cycling, strength training, and abdominal work at Spinergy Fitness Extreme, hosted by the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The 6 p.m. class costs $20 to drop in and PPC Members receive a 20 percent discount.
Tuesday, June 23
“Abs, Thighs, and Glutes”: The class name kinda says it all, huh? Check out this offering at Fit To Be, either at 7 a.m. or 4 p.m. It costs $15 to drop in, but your first class is free.
Wednesday, June 24
Let the day go at Yoga Samadhi’s all-levels flow class from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The cost is $14 to drop in, but your first class is free. Aaaahhhhhh.
Thursday, June 25
ATL-based fitness apparel company Dirty South Fit hosts a free workout at Inman Park (corner of Poplar and Euclid) at 6:30 p.m.
Friday, June 26
Brighten up that summer ‘do at Color Me Natural with Rayna Nash, hosted by Whole Foods on Ponce from 6 to 8 p.m. Learn the basics about how to color your natural hair — methods, maintenance, and DOs and DON’Ts.
Saturday, June 27
Get a workout in before it gets too hot! Join FitWit for a boot camp sweat session at 8:30 a.m, hosted by the Atlanta BeltLine at D.H. Stanton Park. It’s free, just be sure to register.
Support the Wylde Center and drink some of the best brews in our fair city. Tickets to the Beer Garden Fundraiser are $40. The event begins at 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 28
Southside Medical Center hosts its 2nd Annual 5K Walk/Run for Health at 7:30 a.m. Proceeds from the $35 race registration go towards SMC’s efforts to serve the medically underinsured community in metro Atlanta.
