Trail yoga? Don’t mind if we do! Meet at Piedmont Park at 6 p.m. for REI and the Atlanta BeltLine’s hike + yoga goodness. It’s free! Just be sure to register.

Tuesday, June 30

Kick serious booty and burn up to 600 calories at Brookhaven Fitness Studio’s 6 a.m. kickboxing class. New students can get three classes for $20.

Wednesday, July 1

Get in one last run before the Peachtree Road Race with the Summer Striding Shake Out Run at West Stride. Meet at 6:30 p.m. and pick your mileage. They’ll have routes ranging from two to six miles in length.

Thursday, July 2

Squeeze in a midday spin at Torq Cycle Atlanta’s 12:15 p.m. class. Your first ride is free and then it’s $25 to drop in.

Friday, July 3

Stock up on veggies for the weekend at Truly Living Well’s farmers market, downtown every Friday from 2 p.m. until dusk.

Saturday, July 4

If you couldn’t score a number for the Peachtree, head to Marietta for the Blast ‘N Dash – a 5K with squirt guns. Registration is $35 in advance and $40 on race day.

Sunday, July 5

“Long. Lean. Fit.” Check out a Pink Barre class to get your dance fitness on, 11 a.m. at the Buckhead studio. A single class is $23, or new students can sign up for “unlimited time at the barre” (a.k.a. 30 days of classes) for $99.
